Debra Lake is co-founder of the Center for Leadership Excellence. She is an executive coach and organizational development professional, specializing in leadership development, performance management, corporate succession management, individual assessment and coaching, merger and acquisition integration, diversity and culture alignment. She retired from the S.C. Johnson family of companies as a vice president of human resources and organizational effectiveness for global Johnson Diversey, Inc. after a career of more than 25 years in sales, management, human resources, training and development. Debra has assisted over 10,000 learners in improved performance and has coached over 100 senior and middle managers for career success.

Debra earned a Bachelor of Arts and English at Western Kentucky University and a Masters in Teaching from the University of Louisville. In addition, she is a certified professional coach.
