All the facilitators and speakers were well educated and had very successful careers and had faced difficult ethical issues . I liked hearing about how they dealt with such things and how it helped them grow as a person. It was also interesting to hear about other things that influenced them and helped them become successful. It really got me thinking about my future and where I am now and where I would like to be in the future. Also, the activities outside of the ethics discussions were so much fun!

Despite the diversity of group members and perspectives, we all had one thing in common: mutual respect for one another, our values, and viewpoints.
